⚠️ Exceptional Refunds – 90% Only
A 90% refund may be granted in rare cases where:
- A verified technical issue on our side causes major service interruption (e.g., 3–4 days of downtime)
- The issue is reported within 3 days of payment
- Access to core services is completely blocked
📝 Note: Refunds are issued within 7 working days, and may take up to 30 days to reflect depending on your payment provider. If you do not receive your refund in this time, please contact customer support immediately.

- Device/system issues not caused by us

- Auto-renewal not canceled in time
